Wezesha Tanzania Community organization was established in 2022 Whereby the founder and the chairperson Mrs. Mariana Ernest Robert had a passion of helping vulnerable people in her community and so she started implementing on her own with what God had blessed her. The passion became a big dream and she started sharing the idea with people all over the world with compassionate and helping heart and there she founded a non-profit organization as to help the vulnerable people in the community and promote a sense of hope for the future for everyone.

Currently Wezesha Tanzania Community is running a project that focus on enrolling youth and children from poor families to primary schools and different vocation training centres, so as to raise awareness, promote vocational skills create employment opportunities and reduces poverty rate and number of unemployed youth to the community.

Our future plans include providing mentoring programs on entrepreneurship for youth sponsored in different vocation training centre after graduating they can convey their skills and knowledge by giving them tools and materials required to renders services so as employ themselves and create employment opportunities to other. The program will form partnerships with local schools, training centres and colleges, government sectors, non-government organizations and the community at large. We believe that Youth are matched with a caring adult volunteer who is trained to focus on positive reinforcement, trust building, and the achievement of goals, by engaging youth in one on one outing, group activities, income generation activities and group adventures in the community.
